The holidays are fast approaching, and as many of us will be celebrating with extended family and friends for the first time since 2019, things feel somewhat merrier this year.
For some time now, we’ve helped industry leaders like BuzzFeed, USA TODAY, and CNET, reach their target consumers during high season for shopping and e-commerce via text. The holidays are a busy time for brands, newsrooms, individuals, and retailers alike and with so much clutter, the 98% open rate that text provides is even more important than ever.
Today we're looking back at some of our most effective holiday-push campaigns.

Canadian based publisher ran the 24 Treats of Christmas campaign last year. The campaign first launched in 2020, sharing a recipe everyday for the 25 days leading up to Christmas. They make things fun and interactive by challenging their followers to try out new recipes, text in baking questions, and share pictures of all the delicious treats they bake. The team even won "Best Social Storytelling" at the 2021 Digital Publishing Awards for this campaign!
